A quick post

Its interesting that it was just yeaterday that i talked to Addy about my dad.... and now i read a friend's blog and see that she is struggling with the verse "love and honour your parents"... in a simple question. Why do it?

I guess there are millions of different cases when it comes to relationships between parents and their kids... but i guess it boils down to this... even though they may love us alot... they may be our flesh and blood... they are also humans and will have selfish desires... I know that most parents are mature enough to understand that their self sacrifice and love is what is needed to bring their children up into the world... but when pride and sloth take hold... and they neglect or do something wrong... it cuts deep into the child's mind...

Understand that no1 is perfect and will be blind at times... but you also have other's who sincerely care for you. sometimes you need to... tear away the veil that blinds those eyes... and hope that they will come around and do whats BEST for you...
