substantiation

oh well.. been feeling like this blog hasnt been up to scratch lately... i shall now vow to write more and think more... its kinda like having a conversation with myself(which is healthy, as long as you don't do it in public) and thus with a person of equal intelligence(notice i said equal and not high) so i shall now embark on a delusion of eloquence(as Detective Hartigan of SinCity puts it) and write.. and write... and write... but first....
